Attorney Tung is currently a senior associate attorney at thele.blog with nearly 10 years of experience in the construction and real estate sector.
Before joining thele.blog, Attorney Tung worked as an in-house attorney at Novaland Group – one of the leading real estate corporations in Vietnam, and an in-house attorney at Hoa Binh Construction Group – one of the largest construction contractors in Vietnam. These experiences have given Attorney Tung a deep understanding of the real estate and construction market, both in terms of legal aspects and market practices. In addition, Attorney Tung has many years of experience in drafting, negotiating, and managing FIDIC contracts for large-scale construction projects and regularly participates in sharing knowledge and experience on FIDIC contracts with practitioners in Vietnam. Together with CNC’s dispute resolution team, Lawyer Tung has participated in many large and complex international arbitration cases at VIAC, SIAC, ICC, etc.
Lawyer Tung has participated in compiling the chapter on the application of FIDIC in Vietnam in the Construction Law International magazine of the International Bar Federation (IBA). Lawyer Tung is also a member of the Vietnam Construction Law Association (SCLVN).
In addition to the construction and real estate fields, Lawyer Tung has also consulted on issues related to international trade in goods, renewable energy, contracts in the field of hotel management, and project finance transactions.
