Master – Lawyer Nguyen Van Thinh is known as an experienced litigator. He has handled complex disputes and is trusted by clients in dispute resolution, banking, and finance.
Before becoming a founding member of thele.blog, Lawyer Thinh was the Head of the Debt Settlement Department of one of the four largest banks in Vietnam—VPBank—for more than seven years. He was also an Associate for more than four years at Hung Thinh Law Firm LLC. During this time, he resolved a large number of transactions related to debt collection, loan contracts,, and disputes arising from contracts.
His experience in the field of dispute resolution was further strengthened by the Master of Law training program, helping him to connect and apply academic legal knowledge and economic practices to resolve and meet the needs of clients.
